Curious about how it works? You shop based on an estimated price for the quantity & weight you're looking for. Since we believe you should only pay for exactly what you receive, once our butchers cut your items, based on the true weight of your cuts, we'll adjust the charge in your account (typically minor extra charges or credits) and we'll send you an email to let you know where we land. We're continually working with our butchers to ensure as much accuracy and consistency as possible with our weighted cuts to provide the most transparent shopping experience possible!
